Built a new house (where the builder used Plaza Ontario). We loved the tile in our shower and wanted to apply it to our kitchen, so I made a quick phone call and was pleased to find out that they had it all on file. Picked up the boxes of tile shortly thereafter, and we’re still happy with our selection!

We wanted some unique tile for our backsplash and really didn’t want the typical selection you find at the big box stores. The employees in store were helpful yet not pushy, showing us to a particular area after talking to us for a bit then let us browse in peace. They called to let us know when the tile we chose was ready to be picked up and their warehouse crew helped load it in the car. Very positive experience with Plaza Ontario…but I’ll never do a difficult herring bone pattern again!

Was great to work with such helpful staff that were knowledgeable and confident in there products.
I chose Plaza because of the workmanship and quality they demonstrated when I first built my place 7 years ago. Since then I ventured into a there location where I first picked out my ceramics and what a transformation to there showroom!
They are definitely keeping up with the times and nothing has changed in regards to their helpful friendly knowledgeable staff even though faces have changed.
